Mad Louie Bakery

We are a cottage bakery in Minnesota, and take orders via email or by calling Kristie.  The inspiration for our name comes from our favorite tasters, Maddie and Louie, two German Shorthaired Pointers who have loved being part of our family over the years.

At Mad Louie, we offer a wide variety of baked goods, including sour dough bread, pastries, and cookies. All of our products are made fresh daily and we use only the best ingredients to ensure that every bite is as delicious as the last.
